Any person over the age of 18 may register, unless you are a person on the Register of Excluded Persons ("RVO"), persons on the RVO are prohibited by law from registering. You must also have a bank account/debit card in your name. If you hold a bank account with a bank that supports Bank ID, then the whole process is greatly simplified and expedited. Details regarding Bank ID can be found in the List of Links (1) below.
If your bank does not support Bank ID, you can have your identity verified at a Czech Point branch. You can find the nearest branch in the List of Links (4). Please remember to bring your ID card (or passport or driving licence). Indicate on the spot for which company you wish to verify your identity: MP on-line, s.r.o., Na krčské stráni 712/72, 140 00 Prague 4, ID 106 67 156. Please send the public identification document you will receive at the Czech Point to podpora@magicplanet.cz. After verification, your identity will be approved the same day. Note: Verification of your identity at Czech Point branches is subject to a fee of CZK 200.
Yes, if you are over 18 years of age, you are resident in the Czech Republic and it is possible to verify your identity through the central registers, then the registration process is the same as for Czech citizens.
If you are a person registered in the RVO, your registration is not possible at all. The prohibition is based on the law.
The applicant must be over 18 years of age, a permanent resident of the Czech Republic (check with the population register), provide identification and contact details, have a bank account/payment card in their name (they must also verify these payment means), set or refuse to set their self-limiting measures, state the origin of their funds (a requirement of the law) and state whether you are a Politically Exposed Person. Details regarding Politically Exposed Person can be found in the List of Links (2) below. Your agreement to the General Terms and Conditions, the approved Game Plan and the Consent to the Processing of Personal Data is also required.
This is personal information that is required by law to be completed as part of the registration process, including email address and telephone number. Registration is not possible without filling in these details, and ownership of the telephone and email address must be verified by your return SMS or email.
If you use the BankID service, which we recommend you use to speed up the process, all your details (except phone and email) are confirmed through this service, including ownership of your bank account. However, your payment card cannot be verified in this way.

Yes, you can. You can change the measure in your player profile. Changes are tied to legal deadlines, so if you want to relax your limits, the changes are only valid from midnight of the seventh day. If you want to tighten your limits, such changes are effective from midnight of the following day.

You can request a withdrawal of funds from within your user account. Withdrawals can be made by making a withdrawal to your registered bank account. Withdrawal of funds is always free of charge with no minimum withdrawal amount. The processing time is 1 - 3 days.

FAQ - Questions in relation to GDPR
We only process the personal data that we strictly need to conduct our business and comply with our legal obligations. As a gambling operator, we are bound in particular by Act No. 186/2016 Coll., on gambling and Act No. 253/2008 Coll., on certain measures against the legalization of the proceeds of crime and the financing of terrorism, which clearly set out the obligations regarding the processing of personal data. Data that we process on the basis of compliance with legal obligations and the operation of gambling cannot be deleted at the request of the client. On the other hand, data provided on the basis of consent to the processing of personal data can be deleted upon request. We guarantee to all our clients that, unless another legal obligation (e.g. a general legal regulation) prevents us from erasing personal data, we will always do so within a period of 1 month.
We do not provide your personal data to any third parties without your consent. However, in some cases, as provided by law, we may be obliged to provide our clients' personal data to public authorities, but even in such cases we always act in such a way as to protect our clients' interests and privacy as much as possible.
We always keep our clients' personal data only for the period of time required by law or for the period of time necessary for the reason for processing.
